Flanagan was a reporter for ESPN between 2000-2006. She was with ESPN between 2000 and 2006, covering regarding college sports. She was a sideline journalist for College World Series, Women's Tennis Association's Tour Championships the men's college football team as well as the NCAA Women's Basketball Tournament. Flanagan covered the Lakers Dodgers Angels UCLA USC USA Chargers along with the Dodgers Dodgers Angels.
